CRYSTAL VINISSE THOMAS is a brand management and marketing executive with over 15 years’ international experience driving brand innovation and operational excellence. Most previously, Crystal led the lifestyle and luxury brands at Hyatt Hotels—including Park Hyatt, Alila, Andaz, Thompson Hotels, and more—guiding the global strategy and vision of a seven-brand portfolio.

A veteran hotelier and alumni of Cornell University’s Hotel School, Crystal previously held several brand leadership roles with Beats by Dre @ Apple, Inc. and W Hotels Worldwide. Her work and profile have been featured in Bloomberg, AdWeek, and more, and she was most recently recognized as one of Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 honorees and Essence Magazine’s Power 40.
